On 05.06.2023, I went to the branch where I made the transaction, and they checked their system; they could not see any transaction. On 01.06.2022, they told me that there was a staff rotation and the people who made the line transfer transaction went to another branch (Basın Sitesi Branch).
On the same day, I went to that branch and talked to the personnel who had carried out the transaction. They could not see the transaction either. Let's do the transfer process again, but they said that they could not offer the same tariff because the campaign period had expired. I asked them the reason for the problem and they said that they had not made such a transaction.
They wanted the line they gave me back. They both gave me the line and did not make the transfer. While I was waiting, my Vodafone commitment was renewed and a withdrawal fee was incurred. They said that they would not pay this and that I could take the obligation if I wanted, and that I could switch at the new tariff fee.
I never even used slang to them, but they started every sentence with "brother" and had an uncaring attitude as if there was no problem without offering a solution. I left the branch because it turned into a one-sided argument and there was no solution.

I am currently doing my master's with scholarship and I have been staying at home for about 2 years. In this process, I used Superonline internet.
Thinking that I was called by Turkcell on January 12th, I picked up the phone and they said that if I wished they would give me TV+ to ensure customer satisfaction, the installation would be done immediately. Since I know Turkcell, I asked them how do they give free TV+, will any fee be charged to me? They said no, neither the installation nor my monthly package will be charged any fee. They came the next day and did the TV+ installation and made me sign the document saying it was just the installation confirmation.
Since I did not think that Turkcell would commit such a fraud, I thought that it was an installation approval and signed it without reading it. My biggest mistake. When I looked at my invoice 1 month later, I saw that there was an additional installation fee of 15 TL and a monthly TV+ subscription of 33 TL, I immediately called Turkcell and was told that I had contacted the dealership and that I had to file a complaint online. After I made the complaint, I was never called about the status of the complaint, then I called Turkcell today and I was told that I had started a new agreement and that I had given my approval for this, and because I had a written document, verbal conversations were not looked at.
I was defrauded by Turkcell, they said that if I unsubscribed, I would be charged a commitment fee. All I want is to get out of the package they're scamming me with and go back to my old package.
I don't even know how many years I have started the new campaign, I am a student now and I will be leaving my house in 3 months. If I knew, it would not even be possible to switch to the new campaign.
